Planning commission postpones zoning amendment hearing to Aug. 6, 2026

The Agoura Hills Planning Commission on July 2 voted unanimously to postpone a scheduled public hearing on a zoning ordinance amendment (ZOA) and specific plan amendment (SPA) to Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026.
Community Development Director Robbie Nessik told the commission staff recommended postponing the hearing so a full staff report could be released and public testimony could be held at the August meeting. Commissioners moved to adopt staff’s recommendation without questions and approved the postponement 4–0.
The hearing will be taken up at the Planning Commission’s next regular meeting, at 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2026, at the Civic Center council chambers, 30001 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills. Staff asked that members of the public submit written comments in advance as noted on the meeting agenda.
