The board also accepted a standard three‑year Business Associate Agreement authorizing a collections company to handle ambulance billing (noted in the record as a service used by Comstar); Jared Bellows moved to accept and Wilder Sparks seconded.
On a separate agenda item the board discussed a modification to a previously approved National Grid pole location on North Heath Road. The board also scheduled a pre‑town‑meeting information and candidates night for Monday, May 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the school and heard a brief recreation report from Town Administrator Sarah Reynolds about the regional "413 Day" session and river‑safety concerns.
