The Morristown Regional Planning Commission deferred action on the final plat for Bridgewater Point Phase III (MASD-3292) at the May meeting, following a staff request. Planner Sabrina S. Tomassoni presented the request: the phase covers 17 acres in an R-2 zone and would subdivide the property into 39 residential lots ranging from 0.17 acres to just over 0.5 acres, leaving about 2.55 acres as open space for utilities and stormwater.
Commissioner Alpha Alexander moved to defer final action until the May meeting; Secretary Roni Snyder seconded the motion and the commission voted 7-0 to defer. Staff indicated outstanding items remain before the commission can approve the final plat, so the item will return next month for additional review.
