At its Feb. 19 meeting the Chicopee License Commission reviewed two police reports and accompanying footage and took enforcement‑related steps.
Sgt. Post presented a report and dash/body‑cam footage concerning an incident at Bullseye, 621 Center St. After reviewing the materials, commissioners determined there was no direct violation but directed the commission’s attorney to issue a letter of warning reminding the business of its responsibilities for patrons.
The commission also reviewed a separate report concerning TD's Sports Bar, 699 Grattan St. Commissioners said the reports showed potential violations and that a hearing will be held in March to determine whether licensing violations occurred. The minutes do not record a roll‑call motion to set the hearing but note the hearing date will be scheduled.
No ABCC approvals were reported at the meeting. Further enforcement scheduling and the content of the warning letter were recorded as follow‑up items.
