A series of sewer and road-related funds were approved: Green Acres Sewer District 13; Southeast Sewer District 3; Humphries/Garrett Road Sewer Maintenance Fund; Eagle Lake Subdivision Road Improvement Fund; Eastern Forest Sewer District; Calvert Estates/Hodge Watson Road Sewer Maintenance; and the Debt Service Fund – Economic Development – Auto Plant. The Green Acres motion was moved by Shane Smiley and seconded by Lonnie Hudson; Southeast Sewer District 3 and Humphries/Garrett motions were moved by Lonnie Hudson and seconded by Michael Thompson; Eagle Lake and the Debt Service Fund motions were moved by Lonnie Hudson and seconded by Shane Smiley. All passed without opposition.
Two agenda items received no action: William Long presented the budgets for General Fund – Interest Reserved and for Ingleside Sewer District, and the minutes record that no action was taken on those items.
The meeting adjourned at 7:33 p.m. after Mr. Shane Smiley moved and Mr. Lonnie Hudson seconded a motion to adjourn; the motion passed without opposition.
