Architect Bill Land presented a change order for the main branch library renovation, which the jury approved, and the jury also approved purchasing a security system for the new main branch library from United Automation for $186,245.89. The jury accepted bid results for Cheniere Lake Area 1 improvements, approving Benchmark Construction as the lowest conforming bidder subject to approval by the Office of Facility Planning & Control.
