The Palmer School Committee approved the 2026–2027 Palmer High School Program of Studies at its March 18 meeting after a presentation from Mrs. North about course changes and student outreach plans.
Mrs. North walked committee members through revisions to the Program of Studies and described a planned presentation for students next week that will include administration, counselors and current students to explain course choices and new offerings. She also reported that the district's EMT partnership program will move from evening classes to a daytime location at Palmer High School starting next year.
Committee member Anthony Braden moved and Sandra Noonan seconded approval of the 2026–2027 PHS Program of Studies; the motion passed unanimously (5–0). Mrs. North said the administration will follow up with outreach to students and families when scheduling and location details are finalized.
