The commission asked staff to poll availability for possible special meetings on Jan. 12 or Jan. 29 and confirmed the regular January meeting will be rescheduled from the holiday date; staff will ensure quorum availability before finalizing dates.
A motion by Commissioner James Gardner to continue detailed discussion of the vested‑rights ordinance carried on a voice vote. The commission directed staff to prepare a revised final draft and to consult the town attorney for legal guidance on extension limits before next consideration.
