Arcadia Lakes council: ARPA funds, nuisance-property notice, speed sign and roadwork updates, Clean Sweep date

Town Clerk/Treasurer Elizabeth S. Krajewski reported on the town’s ARPA account and said the remaining balance of ARPA funds will be returned; the minutes do not list an amount or timetable for the return.
Council directed that a certified-mail notice be sent to the owners of a nuisance property located within The Commons; the minutes do not record who will send the notice or the date it will be mailed.
The clerk also reported that Carolina Conditions completed the electrical connection for the town’s speed display signs. Separately, the clerk said roadwork on North Trenholm will continue through the end of September 2025.
The clerk announced the annual Clean Sweep will be held June 16, 2025.
