At its June 5 meeting the Arcadia Lakes Town Council covered several administrative and operational items.
Town Clerk/Treasurer Elizabeth S. Krajewski reported on the town’s ARPA account and said the remaining balance of ARPA funds will be returned; the minutes do not list an amount or timetable for the return.
Council directed that a certified-mail notice be sent to the owners of a nuisance property located within The Commons; the minutes do not record who will send the notice or the date it will be mailed.
The clerk also reported that Carolina Conditions completed the electrical connection for the town’s speed display signs. Separately, the clerk said roadwork on North Trenholm will continue through the end of September 2025.
