The Plympton Board of Health on Jan. 13 approved multiple septic-system plans and accepted minutes from its Dec. 9, 2025 meeting.
Chair Brad Cronin called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. The board voted 3-0 to accept the December minutes. The board then recorded approvals for a series of septic-system plans, listed in the minutes as approvals for properties including 125 West Street, 123 West Street, 110 Center Street, 25 Oak Street and 112 Main Street. Permit expiration dates for approved plans in the minutes range from May 10, 2026, to Dec. 9, 2028.
The approvals were recorded as routine plan approvals in the meeting minutes; the minutes do not record a recorded mover/second for each individual plan. Administrative notes in the minutes indicate some recently completed installations and as-built certifications (for example, 16 Brook Street and 9 Lake Street show "As Builts in; COC Signed").
The board also noted pending plans awaiting submission or additional materials for addresses including 40 Ring Road and 23 Palmer Road. Perc tests were reported as completed at 373 Main Street and 0 West Street and scheduled for 76 Center Street.
The board set no formal vote count for each septic-item beyond the entry "Plan approved" recorded in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 5:52 p.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for Jan. 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
