Recurring cloud‑device fees were estimated at $1,500 per device per year. Mr. Long recommended relocating an existing unit 20–30 yards to capture more violations; Mr. Willis said poles will be purchased from Paramount Asphalt at about $1,200 each.
The board discussed the $150,000 traffic‑calming budget line and whether PSGRC or the HOA should assume recurring cloud‑device costs offset by covenant traffic‑fines revenue. On motion by Mr. Schultz, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the board approved AV‑Tech Estimates 24150 and 24151 to wire and install three permanent and one mobile 15" solar‑powered digital speed signs with cameras and messaging, plus cloud‑device services at $1,500 per device per year, for a combined total of $105,000.
The board authorized staff to proceed with equipment procurement and installation; ongoing monitoring and any decisions about shifting recurring costs to the HOA or PSGRC will be addressed in future discussions.
