River Ridge board adopts FY2025 budget and assessment roll after minor corrections

The board then adopted Resolution 2024‑07, relating to annual appropriations and authorizing budget amendments, on a motion by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Supervisor Robert Twombly; the vote was recorded as "with all in favor." No affected property owners spoke during the hearing.
The board also opened and closed a public hearing on Resolution 2024‑08, which makes a determination of benefit and imposes special assessments for FY2024/2025. Counsel recommended and the board approved amendments to remove all references to "Exhibit B" in the document; the resolution was adopted on a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, also with unanimous approval.
