A developer presented a pre‑application revision to the Falls Estates Subdivision at the April 7 Planning Board meeting seeking to add five units to the existing plan. Steve Gould of Sackett & Brake said the revision would add two duplexes and one modular unit to the site owned by Kris Laney and that much of the subdivision’s infrastructure is already in place.
Gould told the Board the applicant began the revision process last year but did not complete it and that they are restarting the process. Vice‑Chairman Jeff McCabe asked whether additional fill was still being brought to the property; Kris Laney replied that filling activities were finished. Gould requested that the full application be scheduled for the Board’s next meeting; staff noted the office will confirm scheduling because a second meeting in April was reserved for an ordinance workshop.
No formal vote was taken on the subdivision revision at the April 7 meeting; applicants will return with a full application for technical review and formal consideration.
