Lebanon approves several tax-related refunds, escrow returns and a mayoral appointment

Lebanon Township's committee on Sept. 4 approved a series of financial resolutions and a mayoral appointment.

Resolutions included authorization to redeem tax-sale certificates and issue payments: Resolution No. 139‑2024 authorized redemption of a tax-sale certificate for 486 West Hill Road and payment of $45,434.91 plus a $39,100 premium; Resolution No. 140‑2024 authorized redemption for 164 Mount Grove Road with $21,234.11 collected and an $8,000 premium payable to GTech Capital LLC. The committee adopted both resolutions by roll call.
