The committee approved recurring municipal agreements and transfers: Resolution 129‑2024 authorizes participation in the National Purchasing Cooperative; Resolution 124‑2024 removed and approved a previously tabled retail consumption liquor license transfer from ATK Inc. to Lamb Restaurant Group LLC; and resolutions authorized shared‑service agreements with regional schools to provide school resource officers and special law enforcement officers (contract amounts and terms are recorded separately).
All motions were adopted by roll call during the meeting. Committee members said they will follow up on documentation (for example the school agreements are contingent on school signatures) and prepare any needed resolutions or contract language for final execution.
