The committee also accepted a series of grant revenues and budget insertions: a $162,000 NJDOT grant for Teeter Town Road resurfacing, a $50,504.25 NJDOT grant for a Hollow Road project, a Clean Communities grant of $34,977.51 from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and a recycling tonnage grant of $4,638.09. Additional county DWI and special duty funds totaling roughly $10,640 were approved via a consent package of resolutions.
Procurements approved included a five‑year contract with LMR Disposal LLC for municipal and DPW trash services (annual costs starting about $4,191.36 in 2025 and rising to about $4,579.32 in 2029) and a vehicle purchase for the police department (2023 Chevrolet Tahoe). The committee also approved routine professional invoices and escrow disbursements.
Finance presented a bill list totaling $1,313,438.69, which the committee approved by roll call. The list included a large Board of Education payment and standard departmental vouchers.
Committee members said the municipal building work is scheduled to begin in mid‑December and that capital budgeting will continue to be examined in the 2025 budget cycle.
