Waldwick Board approves June 3 minutes and broad consent agenda

At its July 15 regular meeting the Waldwick Board of Education approved the June 3, 2024 regular meeting minutes and adopted a consent agenda that included Administration items 45-A-1 through 45-A-29, Finance items 45-F-1 through 45-F-4 and Personnel items 45-P-1 through 45-P-21.
Trustee Troy Seifert offered the motion to approve the June 3 minutes, Trustee Amy Weiner seconded it, and the board carried the motion by roll-call vote. Trustee Seifert moved to introduce the consent agenda and Trustee Andrew Frey seconded; the roll-call vote approved the consent agenda. Trustees Andrew Frey (attending via Zoom), Mary Beth Nappi, Troy Seifert, Amy Weiner and President Daniel Marro were recorded as voting; Trustees Christine Figliuolo and Julie Mangler were listed as absent. The meeting adjourned at 9:12 a.m.
