District staff described ongoing website problems and said the district already publishes staff names in the separate staff directory area, while the organization-chart document on the policy page still reflected older information.
Board members discussed whether adding names belongs in a policy text (which would require formal vetting and two readings) or could be handled as a website update. After discussion the mover withdrew the motion and asked staff to update the website and bring back a revised chart and formal policy language as needed.
