Commission directs recurring monitoring for Green Hills, accepts "Care at Home" reports and delays out-of-state form revision

The Commission ordered Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing (NH #52) to send an authorized representative to appear in person before each scheduled Commission meeting for 12 months to provide status updates and report any disciplinary issues. Tracie Sherfay, the facility administrator, appeared and the Commission accepted the status update.
The Commission also accepted a report from Vanderbilt University Medical Center on its Hospital Care at Home program; Tim Evans recused himself from that item. Later the Commission accepted a status update from Covenant Health on its Advanced Care at Home program; Jeremy Biggs recused himself from that item. Counsel Travis Swearingen presented the hospital reports.
On application processes, the Commission discussed a proposed revision to require applicants to complete an out-of-state verification form rather than have HFC staff complete it; the body voted to hold that discussion until the next scheduled meeting.
Separately, the Commission considered a revision to Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center (ASTC) application questions to clarify hospital-based versus non-hospital-based categorization and accepted the status update on that revision.
