Board approves repair license for Zachary Maintenance Services

The State of Tennessee Board of Boiler Rules approved a repair license for Zachary Maintenance Services, LLC at its quarterly meeting Sept. 11.
Richard Scott May moved to take up the application and Riley Collins seconded; the board voted to discuss the item and later voted to approve the repair license after further consideration. May then moved to approve the license and Micah Lashley seconded; the motion carried, according to the meeting minutes.
Larry E. Ward represented Zachary Maintenance Services during the review and told the board that Zachary Industrial, Inc. holds an active license through 2025. The board discussed the applicant’s quality manual as part of the review process.
The minutes record no conflicts of interest for the board members on the matter. The meeting also recorded that Board Case BC 24-02 was tabled without additional detail in the minutes.
The board set its next quarterly meeting for Dec. 11, 2024. The meeting convened at 9:00 a.m. and adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
