Swedesboro-Woolwich board approves personnel slate, payroll and bills; records abstentions on minutes

The Swedesboro-Woolwich Board of Education on Sept. 11 approved a personnel slate that included several new hires, leaves and a resignation, and voted to authorize payroll and bills for the district.
On recommendation of the superintendent, the board presented a personnel list that named new hires including paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, a substitute bus driver and a newly recommended LDTC teacher, along with practicum placements for school nursing. The minutes list an effective date or start window for several hires and note that appointments are pending completion of required state paperwork.
