The facility will be licensed by the Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities as an outpatient diagnostic center and is proposed to offer CT, ultrasound and X-ray services. The application listed Dr. Matthew Hitchcock as the owner and estimated the project cost at $1,337,260.
Jerry Taylor spoke on behalf of the applicant during the consent calendar presentation. Vice-Chairman Melanie Keller moved to approve the application and Jeremy Biggs seconded. The motion carried with seven members recorded as voting to approve: Nicole Sweitzer, Johnny Lai, Melanie Keller, James Wright, Barbara Brennan, Lauren Legate and Jeremy Biggs. The transcript records the motion as carried [7-0-0].
