The Health Facilities Commission voted unanimously to require Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing to send an authorized representative to each scheduled Commission meeting for the next 12 months to provide status updates and report on any disciplinary issues.
Tracie Sherfay was listed on the agenda as the facility's representative. The requirement was presented as a status condition and accepted by motion and a second, and commissioners voted to impose the in-person reporting requirement for one year.
Separately on the regular calendar, the Commission approved a petition by Somerby of Franklin (ACLF #434) to lift its probation, effective Sept. 25, 2024. Heather Bornstein appeared as counsel for Somerby; Commissioner Nicole Sweitzer moved to lift the probation and Vice Chairman Melanie Keller seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
