The Teaneck Board of Education on Oct. 15 approved claims and payments for September 2024 totaling $11,583,343.37 across multiple funds, including the General Fund ($9,854,744.70) and Capital Outlay ($889,343.65).
The Finance and Budget section also included approval of out‑of‑district special education tuition and student services totaling $468,582.20 for the 2024‑25 school year; the minutes list individual student placements and amounts. The board approved multiple field trips and professional development expenditures (total field trip package $12,642.26) and a portfolio of clinician, bedside instruction and contract payments for related services.
Motions were made under the Finance & Budget agenda; all listed motions passed on unanimous roll call. Packet pages include fund breakdowns, grant‑funded items, and account codes for Title I/II/III and other grant sources where applicable.
