Chairman Mike Helman called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Supervisor Ryan Nelson moved to approve the meeting agenda; the motion passed 5-0. Nelson then moved to approve the May 6, 2025 meeting minutes; that motion carried 3-0 with Chairman Mike Helman and Vice Chair Brandon Geyen recorded as abstentions.
The board approved the List of Disbursements by a 5-0 vote. The audit of claims listed four entries: 193512 for $70.20; 19342 for $487.58; 19333 for $327.65; and 19362 for $879.25.
During the Open Forum, resident Travis Johnson requested approval for a second driveway approach. Supervisor Ryan Nelson moved to approve the request, seconded by Vice Chair Brandon Geyen; the board carried the motion 5-0.
On clerk-treasurer business, the board approved costs for supervisors to attend a law review training; Nelson moved and Geyen seconded the motion, which passed 5-0.
On maintenance matters, Vice Chair Geyen moved to authorize up to $20,000 for purchase of a mower, with Supervisor Ryan Nelson seconding; the motion carried 5-0. The board deferred grader repairs and final road specifications until the next meeting.
Vice Chair Geyen moved to adjourn the meeting; Supervisor Sandy Forsman seconded. The transcript records the adjournment motion as made near the end of the session.
