The Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors on May 6 scheduled a special Planning & Zoning meeting for May 20, 2025, to consider a time‑sensitive conditional use permit (CUP) request from resident Randy Stoick.
Supervisor Ryan Nelson called the board to order at 7:00 p.m.; after the pledge of allegiance the board paused the session for a Planning & Zoning meeting to commence. Supervisor Andy Christensen moved to approve the agenda and the April 15, 2025 meeting minutes. Supervisor Sandy Forsman seconded and the motion carried, 3-0.
During open forum, Randy Stoick asked the board to hear his request for a time‑sensitive CUP. The board agreed to convene a special Planning & Zoning meeting on May 20, 2025, to review the application and reach a decision.
On administrative business the board moved to authorize current tractor repairs with Midwest Machinery. Supervisor Ryan Nelson made the motion; Supervisor Sandy Forsman seconded and the motion carried, 3-0. Other business was deferred to the next regular meeting.
Supervisor Andy Christensen moved to adjourn; Supervisor Sandy Forsman seconded and the meeting was closed. The minutes record attendance by Supervisors Ryan Nelson, Andy Christensen and Sandy Forsman and Clerk‑Treasurer Alana Paumen, with guests noted on the sign‑in sheet.
