Linda Palmer asked that an email she submitted be read into the record verbatim rather than only attached to the minutes, and she requested a written explanation and timeline for numerous public information requests she said have been pending since March 2025. Palmer noted her status as an individual protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act and asked the board to ensure accessible and complete records to permit equitable participation in government.
Board members responded with process notes: Patty asked to receive Palmer’s email directly so staff could follow up, and the board recorded both comments in the meeting minutes. The board did not announce any immediate investigatory steps at the March 4 meeting.
