The Elk Township Combined Planning & Zoning Board on June 18 memorialized two formal actions.
The board adopted Resolution 2025-07 (James Conner), granting a bulk variance for an accessory structure at Block 29 Lot 5 (775 Clems Run, Glassboro). Mr. Hughes moved for adoption, Mr. Lucas seconded, and a roll-call vote was recorded as 9–0 in favor.
The board also considered a Township directive concerning the 4th Round of Affordable Housing Obligations. Board Engineer Steve Bach presented the directive; Mr. Hughes moved to approve the obligations and Mr. Lucas seconded. The roll-call vote recorded adoption of Resolution 2025-08 as 8–0 in favor (one member noted in attendance roll call had an alternate status for that vote as recorded in the minutes).
Procedural notes: The board approved the May 21, 2025 minutes earlier in the meeting by voice vote. These items were routine memorializations and did not require additional public comment beyond what was recorded.
