Council adopts fiscal-year budgets and economic-district budgets, levies 2025 property tax millage

On the consent and final-vote calendar the council approved amendments to the FY2024–25 operating budget and moved forward multiple FY2025–26 budgets, including the general fund, utility fund, wastewater impact fees fund, and capital outlay budget (the capital outlay budget required further amendment and readvertising as discussed separately). The council also adopted district-level budgets for the Tango Mall, Conway Economic Development District, Pace Center Economic Development District, and the industrial development district.
Council also adopted a resolution to levy the 2025 property tax millage on property within the City of Gonzalez, as advertised.
