Commissioners also discussed revisiting required dwelling sizes, garage requirements, and the definition of "attached" to permit breezeways. The commission requested that housing matters be placed on the April meeting agenda so staff and commissioners can develop clearer standards and options before any parcel‑level actions.
The report, with those additions, was submitted to the Village Council.
