The Mountain Lake City Council approved its agenda and consent agenda at a meeting on Feb. 17, 2026, at Mountain Lake City Hall.
The consent agenda included payment of checks #29784–29806 and 1708E–1725E, payroll checks #69329–69371, approval of January meeting minutes for the Lake Commission (Jan. 12) and Utilities Commission (Jan. 22), approval of the Feb. 2 City Council minutes, and approval of the 2026 Fire & Ambulance contracts. The motion to approve the agenda and consent agenda was moved by Jeff Jack and seconded by Andrew Ysker; the motion carried 3–0.
During the City Administrator’s time, Michael Mueller reported the third reading and adoption of Ordinance #3-26 (Tobacco Regulations) and noted a second reading occurred on the city’s tiny-house ordinance; the meeting transcript records that no final vote on the tiny-house ordinance occurred that evening.
The public-comment period produced no remarks. Staff provided roundtable updates about board and commission meetings. The council adjourned at 6:13 p.m.
