At its May 18 meeting the Mountain Lake City Council approved annexation of six parcels owned by the city that lie outside the municipal boundary and adopted Resolution #10-26, a land-exchange resolution. Both actions were approved by unanimous 4–0 votes.
City Administrator Michael Mueller identified the parcels by parcel numbers: 110320202, 110280800, 124420012, 110280100, 110340203 and 110280901, and presented the annexation recommendation. Councilmember Andrew Ysker moved to annex the listed parcels; Councilmember Jeff Jack seconded the motion, which carried 4–0.
Council later considered and approved Resolution #10-26, described in the meeting record as a land-exchange resolution. Councilmember Bryan Bargen moved the resolution and Councilmember Andrew Ysker seconded; that motion also carried 4–0.
