The Mountain Lake City Council voted unanimously on Jan. 20 to adopt Resolution #2-26, ordering the repair or removal of a greenhouse the city identified as a hazardous structure.
Councilmember Darla Kruser moved to adopt the resolution, and Councilmember Andrew Ysker seconded the motion. The resolution passed 4–0, with Councilmembers Andrew Ysker, Bryan Bargen, Mike Nelson and Darla Kruser voting in favor. The resolution directs action consistent with the city's hazardous-structures procedures; the text of the resolution is identified in the meeting materials as Resolution #2-26.
The measure was considered as part of the council's regular agenda following the consent items. The council also approved routine items during the consent agenda, including payment of bills and payroll and the acceptance of Carl Strike's resignation from the Library Board effective Jan. 15, 2026.
