Commission approves runway-rehabilitation contract, payroll and irrigation assessments; clerk signs multiple administrative items

Clerk Smallwood brought forward several administrative items: approval of Aug. 5, 2025 minutes; adoption of the 2026 holiday schedule; initiation of a review and adoption process for a revised employee handbook; sending Medicine Wheel Historic Preservation Plan concerns to WCCA for guidance; signing a support letter for Otto Cemetery's Wyoming 250 grant application; and processing two 24-hour special-event permits for Goose’s Liquor. Sick-leave bank donations were also approved under handbook guidance.
