Resident disputes Fair Board actions, urges stronger fairground biosecurity

Jeremy Pouska clarified to the commission that fairgrounds water spigots are color-coded: blue for treated/drinkable water and green for raw canal water; the commission asked the fair manager to ensure that information is relayed to users.
The commission suggested Edelman attend a Fair Board meeting to present her rebuttal and concerns directly to that board. The minutes do not record any formal action by the commission to investigate or otherwise adjudicate the Fair Board’s letter.
