Maynardville panels approve Weigels site plan; planning OK contingent on lighting plan

The Maynardville Design Review Committee and Planning Commission approved plans March 9 for a Weigels Convenience Store and Auto Spa at 3636 Maynardville Highway, with the Planning Commission conditioning its approval on submission of an illumination/lighting plan.

The Design Review Committee approved the site plan unanimously on a motion by Planning Commission member Ed Williams and a second by James Williams, the minutes show. The committee adjourned its portion of the meeting at 7:06 p.m.
