The Haileyville Board of Education voted unanimously Oct. 27 to move forward with a resolution determining maturities and setting a date, time and place for the sale of $1,400,000 in General Obligation Building Bonds.
Board President Jared Hauff moved to take action on the resolution, saying, “take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $1,400,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District.” Lindsay Curtis seconded the motion. The recorded vote was Jared Hauff, yes; Lindsay Curtis, yes; David Johnston, yes.
The special meeting began at 1:00 p.m. in the Library Media Center at Haileyville Public Schools. The minutes state the agenda was posted Oct. 20, 2025, and note Superintendent Roger Hemphill and Board Minutes Clerk Wendi Blocks were present. The minutes do not specify the intended use of bond proceeds or the date, time or place ultimately set for the sale in this document.
