Mr. Lamb moved to adopt MCE policies 1210; 1450; 2200; 2210; 2600; 2656 (Option A); 2662; 2920; 4150; 4160; 4412; 4506; 4825; 5205; 5215; 5218; 5240; 5260; 5270; 5520; 5610; 6215; and 7115, together with regulations 2200; 2240; 2662; 2673; 2920; 4221; 4411; and 5240. Mrs. Claflin seconded the motion, which carried 5-0.
Mr. Irwin presented the district’s response analysis for an advertised request for qualifications. After discussion, Mrs. Claflin moved to accept Veregy’s proposal and Mr. Leininger seconded; the motion carried 5-0.
Routine procedural motions were recorded earlier in the meeting: approval of the agenda (moved by Mrs. Claflin, seconded by Mrs. Blurton), approval of the consent agenda (moved by Mrs. Claflin, seconded by Mr. Leininger), and approval of bills (moved by Mrs. Blurton, seconded by Mr. Leininger); each of those motions carried 5-0.
The board did not record dissenting votes or amendments to the motions in the minutes. The board adjourned at 7:57 p.m. after Mr. Lamb moved to adjourn and Mrs. Claflin seconded; that motion also carried 5-0.
