The Tabernacle Township School District Board of Education on April 27 approved Resolution 26‑025 to authorize contracts under the Federal E‑Rate program for three project components: purchase of network hardware, installation of hardware and configuration of the district network platform.
The resolution names GovConnection, Inc. for the purchase of network hardware, Ozone Technologies for installation, and CNWR IT Consultants for network configuration. The district engaged the Educational Consortium for Telecom Savings to assist with E‑Rate applications and solicitations. The minutes state the district’s Technology Coordinator reviewed the quotes before the recommendation.
The resolution authorizes the Purchasing Agent to enter contracts with the three vendors pursuant to applicable state contract provisions and the E‑Rate program, subject to Board counsel review and certification by the School Business Administrator that sufficient funds are available prior to expenditure.
