Members asked staff to connect Special Olympics representatives with Parks and Recreation (Jeremy was named as the department contact during discussion) and to present any required proposal or memorandum for the council report. The board will follow up with Terrance and Parks & Rec to clarify program frequency, age groups, costs and space needs; those operational details were not finalized at the meeting.
