Notable entries included approval of Jenna Wyckoff as head field hockey coach ($3,567; Tier 3, Step 1, pending required documents) and multiple advisor appointments across high school and middle school clubs (stipends ranging by tier and role). The board also approved substitute teacher appointments at a rate of $130 per day and lists of substitute secretaries, nurses, drivers, custodians and event/security staff with specified hourly rates.
The personnel slate also authorized stipended positions tied to specific programs (examples include advisers for robotics, drama, student council, FFA, and STEM-related clubs), temporary curriculum review assignments paid hourly with time-sheet submission, and paraprofessional hour increases funded by Title I/II where indicated. Several appointments and hires were approved contingent on receipt of required paperwork.
The board’s action formalizes staffing and extracurricular supervision ahead of the 2025–26 school year, enabling coaches and advisors to begin preseason planning and ensuring substitute coverage is in place. No individual objections that altered outcomes were recorded during the public session.
