The meeting record lists committee members present (Chair Kaylee Green, Vice Chair Matt Coleman; council members Paul Marnecheck, Gary Petrusky, Sarah Wojslaw, Mary Gorjanc), Mayor Larry Antoskiewicz, Assistant Law Director Todd Schrader, and department heads including Finance Director Jenny Esarey, Fire Chief Robert Chegan, Police Chief Keith Tarase, City Planner Ian Russell and Clerk of Council Helen Dunlap. Several members of the public were listed as present.
