Committee hears updates on turnpike mitigation, basin construction and sinkhole calls

Glass reported the turnpike mitigation project is out to bid and is scheduled for construction from July through September. He said the Cedar Estates basin is currently under construction and that the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) is expected to deliver Applewood and Wildwood plans at about 90% design for city review, with construction anticipated later this year.
No formal motions or funding amounts were recorded in the minutes for these updates. The committee approved its Feb. 3 minutes earlier in the meeting.
