Township Clerk Ciallella read eight resolutions by title (R124-2025 through R131-2025). The resolutions covered: 2025 renewals for massage parlor licenses (R124-2025); approval of a large gathering application for True Women's Center & Truly Yours Thrift Boutique (R125-2025); authorization for the mayor to execute a shared-service agreement with Gloucester County to provide family entertainment (R126-2025); cancellation of taxes for a totally disabled veteran for Block 239 Lot 8 at 914 Forbes St. (R127-2025); refunding tax overpayments (R128-2025); concurrence on New Jersey Department of Transportation bus stop locations in the township (R129-2025); authorizing a change order and accepting a maintenance guarantee from Paving Plus, LLC for Salina Road improvements (R130-2025); and approving the 2025 fireworks display and awarding a contract to Schaefer Fireworks (R131-2025).
Council approved the full consent agenda by a single unanimous vote (Mr. Yerkes, Mr. Harris, Mr. Bennett, Mr. Brown and Mr. Del Borrello voting yes). Separately, Council Vice President Donald C. Brown Jr. said Ordinance 0009-2025 (amending Chapter 254, Trees) required changes and requested that it be tabled. The motion to table, moved by Mr. Harris and seconded by Mr. Bennett, carried; the public hearing and adoption were rescheduled for May 28, 2025.
