Warren Hills board approves $3.79M bill list, grants and facility agreements

The Warren Hills Regional Board of Education on Dec. 9 accepted the October 2025 Board Secretary and Treasurer’s reports certifying compliance with N.J.A.C. financial rules and approved the bill list for Nov. 12–Dec. 9, 2025 totaling $3,788,616.97.
The board approved transfers of $44,657.73 for October and a Student Activities bill list of $23,613.29. It approved Home/Bedside Instruction agreements with LearnWell for two students at $63.10 per hour for 10 hours per week plus 33% administrative and preparation costs, and a cooperative swimming sports program agreement with the Hackettstown Board of Education for the 2025–26 school year.
An agreement allowing Tranquility Camp (New Jersey Conference of Seventh‑Day Adventists) to provide pool and locker room facilities for the Hackettstown and Warren Hills swim teams from Nov. 17, 2025 through Jan. 22, 2026 was approved at a total cost of $5,687.50. The board accepted donations including $2,000 from the Streaks Running Club for the high‑school winter track program, $300 through Benevity for Computer Science and Best Buddies student activities, and DonorsChoose supplies valued at $205.30.
The board also approved the submission of the 2025–26 Perkins Grant Amendment #1. The motions in Budget & Finance were moved by Amy Kemp, seconded by Molly Fraumeni, and approved by roll call as recorded in the minutes.
