Tom Venziale (Tier 2) raised a question about the positioning of shoreline blocks and asked how long correction would take; he said 28 blocks need work. "5 days to correct," he said when discussing the expected duration.
Beth Grasso explained grinding options and cautioned that pulling the blocks up could cause them to break. She said the as‑built plan will help determine how many blocks require grinding and guide the stabilization work. Beth reiterated that some stabilization cannot take place until mid‑March because the association does not yet have the as‑built plan.
Carol Weldon (Tier 2) asked whether the community would be charged for the corrective work; Beth said no and noted that her time on the project is being billed to Zeuli. The group also described placing larger rock downstream to slow water velocity.
No formal corrective work was voted on at this meeting; the association needs the as‑built plan to finalize scope and schedule.
