A commissioner moved that the planning commission "recommend that town council review currently approved plan development districts to see whether any are no longer vested and could be considered for rezoning." Staff noted they maintain a list of about 28 approved PDs; commissioners said addressing non-vested PDs would likely require map and text amendments and town-council legislative action.
