• Infrastructure and road work: a second‑party MDOT agreement for the Aurelius Road STP project in Delhi Charter Township (Resolution #26‑320; total estimated cost $1,936,720 with a 20% contingency increasing budgeted cost to $2,324,064), an amended Local Road Program agreement with Williamstown Township for added overlays (Resolution #26‑319), and a Colliers contract for a Cedar Street traffic signal analysis (Resolution #26‑321, not to exceed $9,900).
• Health, zoo and legal services: a five‑year extension with the Potter Park Zoological Society for zoo services (Resolution #26‑325), pediatric provider services renewal with MSU Health Care (Resolution #26‑328, up to $1.3 million annually), and a five‑year LexisNexis contract for the Office of the Public Defender (Resolution #26‑334, authorized at up to $4,400/month in later years).
• Grants and enforcement programs: acceptance of the FY2025 Homeland Security Grant Program funds for Region 1 ($665,676) with Ingham County named fiduciary agent (Resolution #26‑332), and authorization to enter an agreement with BusPatrol America and Holt Public Schools for school‑bus violation enforcement (Resolution #26‑333).
