The board voted to approve minutes from the previous meeting. It then approved two applications reviewed during a public hearing earlier in the evening: a subdivision revision for Falls Estate on Falls Drive that adds three buildings (five units) and a major site plan for a 10‑unit supportive housing building at 48–52 Waterville Road. Staff will prepare and collect required signatures for both approvals.
During the board’s updates, Turner briefed members on LD 307 (a legislative matter concerning data centers) and said the governor’s office has indicated a statewide moratorium; he asked whether the town should consider a local moratorium. Board members noted most data centers require very large electrical connections and said local sites are generally unsuitable but agreed it was appropriate to monitor the issue.
