Gordonsville — The Gordonsville Town Council convened a public hearing on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. at the Gordonsville Civic Center to solicit comments on two proposed zoning ordinance amendments (Ordinance 2025-04-14-01 and Ordinance 2025-04-14-02). The Mayor opened the floor for public comment; none were offered for or against either ordinance.
Mayor John Potts announced the council members present at the hearing: Vice‑Mayor Danny Williams, Councilwoman Angela Bates, Councilman Luke Pierce, Councilman Joseph Robinson and Councilman Shane Smith. Town officials listed as in attendance included Chief Shannon Hunt, Chief Daniel Lafevor, Drew Gentry, Dustin Profitt and City Attorney Winkler. The meeting record is signed by John Potts, Mayor, and Michael Ray, City Recorder.
With no comments from the public and no other business, the Mayor adjourned the public hearing at 6:17 p.m.
